ORDERS: Minimum order $500. All prices are subject to change and are invoiced at a price applicable on the day the order is placed.
*A customer who has not placed an order in the last 12 months is considered a new customer.
FREE FREIGHT: We ship using UPS direct to your address. Canadian customers will pay duty and GST directly to UPS
DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER: Goods are shipped via UPS. Any breakages / damages / discrepancies must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of this notification within the specified time. If the package is damaged on receipt, UPS must be notified.
RETURNS: Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the seller and purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for return of any goods.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Credit card payment for all orders unless otherwise authorized.
DELAY OR DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: Credit card payments must be effected within 7 days or the order will be cancelled. Failure to settle your account within the agreed period will automatically change you account with us back to a credit card only basis. No further orders will be dispatched until all amounts are settled in full. We reserve the right to terminate any trading agreements and will charge interest at 1.5% per month (variable) on all overdue accounts, which will be invoiced separately when the overdue amount is paid.
RESERVATION OF TITLE:
1.1 The goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk as from delivery.
1.2 In spite of delivery having been made property in the goods shall not pass from the Seller until the Buyer shall have paid the price plus any fees in full; and no other sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.
1.3 Until property in the goods passes to the Buyer in accordance with clause (1.2) the Buyer shall not hold the Goods and each of them on a fiduciary basis as the bailee for the Seller. The Buyer shall store the Goods (at no cost to the Seller) separately from all other goods in its possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as the Seller’s property.
1.4 Until such time as property in the Goods passes from the Seller the Buyer shall upon request deliver up such goods as have not ceased to be in existence or resold to the Seller. If the Buyer fails to do so the Seller may enter upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Buyer where the Goods are situated and repossess the Goods.
1.5 The Buyer shall insure keep insured the Goods to the full Price against ‘all risks’ to the reasonable satisfaction of the Seller until the date that the property in the Goods passes from the Seller, and shall whenever requested by the Seller produce a copy of the policy insurance. Without prejudice to the other rights of the Seller, if the Buyer fails to do so all sums whatever owing by the Buyer to the Seller shall forthwith become due and payable.
DISPUTES: Any dispute will be settled under English law in the courts of London who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale. The above terms and conditions may vary without notice.

That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time NPW sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and NPW irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

NPW is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.
Under NPW and Natural Products Ltd’s privacy policy we may disclose to third parties certain information contained in our Users' registration applications what information we hold about you.
If you have bought something from us we will have your name, email address, phone number, address and credit card details.
