New to this site?
- To view wholesale prices you will need to be a registered user. Please use the 'Register for a Trade Account' link to send us your details and we will process your application within one working day; usually much sooner.
- As a registered user you can view wholesale prices and place an order with us on a pro forma basis. Being a Registered user on www.npwtrade.co.uk does not necessarily mean that you will be given a credit account with Natural Products Ltd.
- We have transferred details of active customers from our old website npwwholesale.co.uk. If you had an account on our old website, please attempt to login with your username (email address) and password from the old site. If that fails you can request a new password by using the 'Forgotten Password?' link and entering your email address. If that does not succeed then we have been unable to transfer your details across and you will need to register afresh.
- Pro forma customers ordering from this new site will be given the option to pay by credit card or have a pro forma invoice sent to you. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are ready to be despatched.
- Account customers can place orders and you will be sent an invoice on the despatch of your order to be paid within your normal credit terms.
- You can navigate our new website by Brand, category and sub-category. There is a search bar which accepts partial or full stock codes or descriptions.
- Our new Quick Shop feature allow you to add products directly to your basket from any page if you know the stock code.
- When logged in you can review your details stored with us by clicking the Your Account link. You can change your password to something more memorable to you.
- Under the Your Account section you can also 'View your Orders' and view or repeat any previous order or use it as a template to place a new similar order.
- Lastly, customers can store multiple delivery addresses in the Address Book within the Your Account section.
