Shipping charges

USA

All orders are shipped at prices effective on date of shipment.
All orders must be ordered in case pack quantities to ensure safe shipping and maintain prices listed.
Minimum order is $500.
All orders are shipped direct from the UK with free shipping. We use UPS Express Saver and once the goods have cleared customs they go into the UPS system to be delivered to you at no additional cost. We anticipate that orders will be delivered within 3-5 days of shipping from the UK.
A $40 fee per order applies to cover costs of customs clearance, which we take care of for you.
Payment by credit card only. MasterCard, Visa and American Express accepted.
Valid credit card number must be supplied a the time of your order. Orders will be cancelled if credit card number is not supplied within 14 days.
All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited.

CANADA

In addition to the terms above please note:

Customer Pays USA-Canada GST, brokerage, duty and customs directly to UPS, either COD or on UPS account #.
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days (depending on where in Canada you are located).
All orders must be pre-paid on credit card or pro-forma invoice.
In the event of backorders, there is a $250 minimum for all Canadian accounts.
If you have a preferred customs broker, please provide shipping address and details below. If you do not, your shipment will be brokered via UPS.
